The Victor Valley Community Dental Service Program (VVCDSP) is a non-profit dental service provider that has given free or discounted dental care to the local indigent population for 14 years. The original mission of the organization, to provide dental care to the unserved or underserved people of the Victor Valley area, remains the passion of the organization and its Board of Directors.
 
To meet this mission, the VVCDSP serves its clients through a dental office in Victorville, and a mobile dental van, a specifically- designed RV-type vehicle that travels to schools, indigent neighborhoods and churches to provide mobile dental restoration. There is no other mobile dental van in the High Desert, and no dental service that provides free care to the indigent or homeless citizens of the High Desert.

In the last three years alone the organization has given free dental screening to over 23,300 children at schools on the van, applied fluoride treatments to the teeth of over 3,700 kindergarteners and pre-schoolers.
